Microsoft is teaming up with the Free Library of Philadelphia to bring the latest electronic learning and productivity resources to every branch library in the city. Microsoft is donating over $600,000 worth of software, including Office 97, Encarta 97, Encarta World Atlas, Publisher 97 and the Magic School Bus series, to outfit each of Philadelphia's 53 branch libraries. This donation complements Philadelphia's wide-ranging program of building renovation and installation of PCs in every neighborhood library.
