Of the many children who are drawn to the computers at the Pio Pico Koreatown "Virtual Library", some stand out:
"Wow! says Andrew, an eight-year old computer devotee. "These are the best computers in any library I've been at, especially the Internet." Andrew learned Windows 95 at Pio Pico. At Pio Pico he can spend an entire day at the keyboard. Some desperate adults are not too proud to ask this small boy to help them learn word processing.
